Energy Future Coalition (EFC)

The Energy Future Coalition is proud to have Vinod Khosla as a member of our Steering Committee. Khosla is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Sun Microsystems and a former General Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. He is one of the most fabled venture capitalists and personalities in Silicon Valley. A passionate advocate of alternative energy technologies, an end to oil dependence, and protection of the environment, he has testified extensively on Capitol Hill, is a senior advisor to Wall Street, and has developed a broad pool of clean energy investments with his own firm, Khosla Ventures. Along with fellow steering committee members Timothy Wirth and John Podesta, Khosla wrote Change the Rules, Change the Future. Some of his other writings and presentations can be found below.
